Paso Downtown - January 2024
Park Suite 202 is a great property. It is well maintained and has everything you need to relax and use as a home base as you explore downtown Paso Robles. The spacious unit with separate sitting/lounging area and large bathroom was very comfortable. We did not utilize the patio due to the weather (visited in January) had some rain and it was cold. No view from the patio but might be nice for morning coffee/afternoon happy hour. The building is secure with multiple security codes. Very quiet and convenient to shopping, dining and wine tasting right outside your door. Having access to an elevator and walk-in shower is perfect for anyone who needs a accessible room. It was a really nice place, very large (especially for two people). We went over the busy Memorial Day weekend so places were sold out/expensive. The code on the street door wasn't working but the elevator worked well. Everything about the place was nice except there were some crumbs on the animal skin rug from a previous visit and for the price we expected everything to be flawless. Great place. Large kitchen and bathroom. Bed is great seating area is perfect. Basically ideal for 2 people. Location on the downtown park is awesome. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops etc. back patio porch is nice too.
Only issue we had was the streaming-only tv service. Could not get to local stations (NBC, CBS, ABC, Fox) to watch local news and national football broadcasts. Had to watch a game at a local bar or on my IPad. If that is available to get to, then more detailed instructions on how to get to local stations is needed Otherwise, great location, very clean room with all needed amenities. We visit Paso often and have stayed here several times. Always very pleased! It's always very clean and the location is ideal! This time however, we did experience a couple issues. Our code would not work to get in and the person I called to help us was not very pleasant to deal with. Also the ceiling fan didn't work and there were not toiletries in the bathroom. Great Little Studio Right in Downtown Paso - October 2018
There were a few little hiccups, but overall we had a lovely stay at Paso Park Suite 202. It's a charming little studio, beautifully appointed, and the back patio was a wonderful place to sit in the mornings and have coffee and read. The location really can't be beat, and we enjoyed wandering out and wine tasting or grabbing a bite to eat or doing some impromptu shopping whenever we felt like it. It was wonderful not having to always jump in the car to do something. There were only a few downsides that I think are worth mentioning, largely because they can be fixed, and I know this is a fairly new rental, so Paso Robles Vacation Rentals may not be aware of these issues. First, the coffee cups that are provided are too small, in that they cannot hold the coffee from a single pod of coffee from the coffee maker. Clearly, this can (and should) be easily fixed. Second, the water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. Hopefully, this can be easily fixed as well. Finally, we found the bathroom door to be aesthetically pleasing, but completely impractical, given that it doesn't provide complete privacy because it doesn't fully close all the way to a sealed door (it's a barn door, so there are small openings on each side). Maybe that's fine for some couples, but I think most people want the option of full privacy in the bathroom when necessary, and that's simply not possible with the way the bathroom door is designed. Luckily there's a "public" bathroom for the building right next door to this unit, so we just popped in there if we wanted complete privacy, but that shouldn't be necessary. Someone should really rethink the bathroom door because that's the only aspect of this rental that I disliked and felt was not fully thought through.

Paso at the Park - September 2018
Loved the rental. It was modern, comfortable and super clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked in a couple of times which was great because the space was great. The only down side was that the outside deck, which is really awesome, was surrounded by buildings with air conditioning systems and vents from other buildings so it was loud and smelly outside on the deck. Couldn't open windows unless we wanted to hear the industrial sounds and have the smells. The space was gorgeous though. The loss of one star was because of the outdoor space issues. Checked into the unit flawless, the location could not be any better if you're looking for a stay in downtown Paso. Parking is ample but it may take you a few minutes, depending on the time of the day.
The place is well appointed, very clean and modern rustic feel. It held us with no space issues. We didn't use the back deck at all, but it was spacious and could hold 6-8 people no problem.
Overall the stay was great, one issue was with our late check out that we had requested, and our code stopped working when we came back from lunch and had to call the office and try and work it out. Other than that, no issues, definitely recommend. - Michael H., Hidden Hills, CA

Better than we expected. Very roomy, stylish, and clean space with all the essentials and more. Winter Wine Weekend - December 2019
We showed up Friday evening and everything was perfect. Getting into the building and the room were very simple per the directions. The room was clean and beautiful. We had everything that we needed for the weekend. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the back patio due to the rain but that's how it goes. If Covid 19 and bad weather had not put a short end to our vacation, instead of leaving early I would have stayed longer than our 6 days. Sooo comfortable, clean and roomy. Lots to do within walking distance. We are used to staying in large timeshares but did not feel cramped in the very spacious studio. Much better than expected (and we are kind of picky and clean freaks). My sister who lives in Paso said she could live comfortable in the unit.

Clean, great location and management was helpful and allowed me an early check in because of the heat and my age (70). When I booked the picture showed 4 units with front street balconies. This unit did not disclose that there was no balcony and only a private patio. The patio furniture was not clean and the a/c unit from building next door too loud. The coffee maker did not work.
