The location is a great spot for walking to everything downtown! The room is also very comfortable. Minor inconveniences are the daily parking situation, the noise from restaurant below, and queen bed. Would be nice if a parking pass could be included in stay and why would you put a queen in a room that has plenty of space for a king? There is a suite with a back patio that offers a king bed, while the other three suites are advertised with queen beds. Very trendy, clean and perfect for a couples weekend away! - March 2023
We had a great time staying here the last weekend for our anniversary trip.
I do have some pros and cons. I loved that it was right in the center of town and everything was literally just steps away. The bed was comfy, although I feel that it should be a king bed to really make the place feel luxurious. Going from a king size at home to a queen for vacation is underwhelming. As I travel more I find it’ll soon be a dealbreaker.
The robes provided for use were amazing! Probably the nicest I’ve used in an Airbnb house rental setting. However there was no hand soap in the bathroom though so we had to use shower gel..
as far as noise.. Being picky I would say if you’re very sensitive to noises, you can hear the hustle and bustle of people late at night and early in the morning, however the walls are not thin, it’s surprisingly more muffled than you’d expect but it’s not as quiet as a residential neighborhood. They do provide ear plugs on the bedside but overall I found that the noises did not bother us too much.
Only other thing I did not like was that renters need to wash their own dishes and it’s not that I don’t mind washing but I know I do a good job washing my own. I saw that the dishes washed by previous users had bits of food stuck to them and I basically had to rewash it before use. It made me feel like all the dishes and utensils were unsanitary. I’d rather know dishes and utensils at a property we’re renting were cleaned professionally, not by someone rushing to “clean” dishes before they need to check out at 11am. Lastly, the cool touchscreen amenities screen in the kitchen lights up randomly in the middle of the night. Kind of creepy but mostly annoying because I’m sensitive to light. Also the curtains do not close all the way allowing for unwanted light in the room as well. All this is not to discourage future renters but for constructive feedba - Paul & Sherry R., Burbank, CA

It was a please to stay in a well thought out location with excellent access to down town night life. Parking was never an issue and economical. Only real issue was thin walls and neighbors being noisy after 10pm and their guests leaving trash in the hallways and elevators. Best location for walking around town! - April 2022
We had a wonderful time in Paso. Drove to wineries and the coastal towns, but when we came back for the day, we walked everywhere! The apartment off of town square was perfectly located to get to all the shops and restaurants without using a car. Parking was hugely complicated, but in the end, we just gave the town our credit card and hoped they did not charge us more than $12 dollars to park there each night! The unit was clean and modern and a lovely place. The wind was blowing the whole week and pollen was everywhere and there were no Kleenex in the room, must be a Covid thing? Anyway bring your own box if you use them. Our favorite restaurant was Catch sitting at the bar. A great speak easy behind the Irish pub, and a fabulous Tiki Bar around the corner from Justin tasting room. Other restaurants were great, but these three stood out. - Steve S., Queen Creek, AZ

Convenient Downtown Loft - June 2022
Third time we've rented this same unit and we're always pleased with it. Plenty of room, always clean. Love the exposed brick wall and morning coffee on the leafy patio overlooking the town green was a great start to each day. The location? Can't imagine a better one...right upstairs from two of the best restaurants in town!
Just a few things management might consider...we had a two hour power outage and there weren't any candles or flashlights. No tissues anywhere either. Oh...only tried watching tv once but couldn't figure it out...maybe some easier directions for other "low techies".

Hidden Gem in Paso - March 2022
We really enjoyed this property! At first, I was unsure about having to access through a storefront... but it's super easy and it's located next to a nice restaurant and shoe store. We loved having a wine fridge as the small hotel fridges don't hold bottles too well. The rental is very clean and well maintained. We love, love, love the location! The square was so much fun with boutiques, bars, and lovely restaurants. It's important to know that you have to download the Way To Park app so you can pay for parking around the square. It's all done electronically and you cannot pay there. Parking is not expensive at all. I think my favorite part of this property is the balcony. The only downside of it was that there is a tree right in front of our view so you couldn't see the park. It was still very nice though. I highly recommend this property. This property was beautiful inside. It had everything we needed for a weekend trip. It is right on the main square, and it’s great to sit on the deck with a glass of wine in the evening. Within walking distance of more tasting rooms than you could visit in a weekend. The only thing to be aware of is that it gets a little loud on weekend evenings since you’re right above a couple of restaurants. But they even thought to supply earplugs. I knew I was going to love this unit based on its location alone - it was so easy to walk to great restaurants and tasting rooms downtown. Great Stay in heart of Paso Downtown - July 2020
Convenient 1 bedroom studio with secured entrance from street level. Was concerned about parking but always found a spot close by. The balcony was great for hanging out with wine and cheese in the evening. Takeout from local restaurants within walking distance made our stay especially memorable. Very comfortable bed and blackout shades kept us in deep sleep REM all night. The under cabinet fridge with glass front door kept our Chardonnay cool. Couldn't imagine a more convenient location for a Paso rental - October 2020
We've stayed in several different rental apartments over the years on our trips to Paso Robles, but this is the first time we've rented one of these downtown suites. It will now be our go-to rental choice every year.
It's located right above some of the best dining spots in Paso, and also centrally located to the west side, east side and Adelaida district wineries. The unit itself felt like a re-designed city loft, with cool exposed brick and a wrought iron patio with a view of the park. Clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Simple check-in/check-out. If I could give more than 5 stars for this review I would. Can't wait for our next visit!

Everything was great about this stay except the walls between units did not provide any sound insulation. We could hear the conversations of people in the neighboring unit. We would still recommend staying here and will probably stay again ourselves. One thing we really liked was not having to check in with anyone. Perfect getaway! - June 2021
What a wonderful spot to visit! This was our first getaway after Covid, and it was simply perfect! The unit itself was wonderful - just the right size for a long weekend, with a wonderful balcony overlooking the park. Right in the heart of town, walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Parking was easy through the app. Water and coffee provided - including cream! The bed was very comfortable, the DirecTV provided all the channels we are accustomed to. Loved the high ceilings, the exposed brick, the chalkboard, big walk-in shower, and huge closet! Highly recommend, and hope to come back one day in the future. - Terry and Paul M., Encino, CA

Clean, comfortable studio, very nicely decorated and right in the heart of downtown Paso Robles. The location couldn't be better. However, be aware that the unit is located above a lively restaurant with outdoor seating that is open until 11:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The location of the renal suite is absolutely perfect for a Paso wine trip. It's right on the center square and you can walk to all the restaurants, shopping and bars Paso has to offer.
